Dr. Birnbaum specializes in Cardiology & Electrophysiology, with a particular focus on arrhythmias. Dr. Birnbaum completed his undergraduate studies with Honors at the University of Texas at Austin before embarking on his academic journey at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. There, he graduated medical school with Honors and proceeded to complete his training in Internal Medicine, Cardiology, & Electrophysiology. Recognized for his outstanding achievements, Dr. Birnbaum was elected to both the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha (AOA) Medical Honors Society & the Gold Humanism Society. Outside of his professional accomplishments, Dr. Birnbaum is fluent in Hebrew & Spanish, allowing him to effectively communicate and connect with patients from diverse linguistic backgrounds. He takes immense pride in being a devoted husband & loving father. Driven by a genuine passion for providing compassionate & humane care, he offers exceptional service to his patients, ensuring the highest standard of care for those he treats.

Dr. Bailey is a board certified electrophysiologist who specializes in dysrhythmias. He completed his training from Loma Linda University Medical School in Loma Linda, California, followed by a fellowship in General Cardiology and Cardiac Electrophysiology at the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio. He has a passion for the intricacy of the human heart and has over 20 years of experience in treating cardiac electrical disorders.
